Monday, December 3rd, 2018: In a hastily-called press conference, Las Vegas announced today a trade with New Orleans that will send 28-year-old shortstop Ángel Cuevas to the Cajuns in exchange for a 1st round draft pick and $10,000,000 in cash. All players are expected to be in their respective new cities in time for today's games.
Lifetime Cuevas has played in 868 games with a .274 batting average. Among his 902 hits are 140 doubles, 9 triples and 81 home runs. He also has scored 403 runs and driven in 424 runs.
