Washington's Bernard Scaggs has mixed feelings about a possible trade. The 37-year-old reliever, when reached for comment on recent trade rumors, replied, "I've made some good friends here. I'm not sure I'm ready to leave."

His hard work paid off this week. The hardworking Burl Jordon was rewarded with the Patriot League Player of the Week honors.

The scrappy Washington Senators first baseman hit .538 while collecting 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 1 home run and 10 RBIs.

Jordon is batting .362 with 6 home runs and 70 RBIs this season.

Monday, June 28th, 2010: Hackers Chill Jordon's Hot Streak
There was double misery today for the Senators Burl Jordon as he saw his 23-game hitting streak end and his team lose 10-2 to Silicon Valley at Gannets Ballpark. The 30-year-old first baseman was held hitless in 4 at-bats by the Hackers.
