Saturday, August 21st, 2010: Fugate Blanks Monterey
The strong arm of Robert Fugate dealt a lot of misery to the Sails. He tossed a complete-game shutout to spark the Jeffersonville Jammers to a 2-0 win. In today's contest at Jammers Ballpark, Fugate limited Monterey to 6 hits and had 7 strikeouts and 1 walk.

In 26 starts this season Fugate has gathered 12 wins while suffering 10 losses. He has pitched 176 innings, allowed 178 hits, struck out 155 and has a 3.84 ERA.

Sunday, August 15th, 2010: Feliciano on Fire: 5-6 for Jeffersonville
Who needs batting practice? José Feliciano of Jeffersonville apparently doesn't as he battered Oklahoma City with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 16-7 win.

He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 6 day... will my name be in the record books now?"

J. Feliciano doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off J. Unknown in the 8th.

Feliciano is presently hitting at a .307 pace with 4 home runs and 40 RBIs. He has played in 113 games and scored 46 times.
